Congratulations to the 30 students who represented McCall School at the 2019 National History Day Philly competition! National History Day is a year-long program in which 6th-12th graders to learn how to research, write, and think critically. This year, McCall students presented impressive websites, documentaries, and performances.

A special congratulations to two teams that have moved on the the state competition:

First Place – Group Website for Elizabeth Blackwell, First Female Doctor: Xiaomei Jiang, Jiankai Li, Yayi Liu, Yu Lin, and Jolin Wang;

Second Place – Individual Website for Liquid Gold, Drake’s Well:  Weishan Liu.
