At McCall, we welcome and value partnerships with members of our community.  One-on-one supervision for students, individualized reading help, and playground monitoring are all incredibly helpful and help to “bridge the gaps” of the school budget.  Please consider volunteering and know that you will make a lasting impact on McCall students and staff!

All adults wishing to volunteer in the School District of Philadelphia will need to complete a Volunteer Orientation, as well as obtain various clearances. All the information can be found HERE: volunteer brochure; volunteer checklist; volunteer orientation; volunteer code of conduct.

Individuals will turn in their COMPLETED volunteer packets to the school secretary, so Principal Powell can review and sign off on the packet. Only AFTER the principal has signed off on the packet will the individual be allowed to volunteer. Volunteers will be required to submit updated clearances every 5 years.

En McCall, damos la bienvenida y valoramos las asociaciones con miembros de nuestra comunidad. La supervisión personalizada de los estudiantes, la ayuda de lectura individualizada y el control del patio de recreo son increíblemente útiles y ayudan a “cerrar las brechas” del presupuesto escolar. ¡Considere ofrecerse como voluntario y sepa que tendrá un impacto duradero en los estudiantes y el personal de McCall!
