The McCall Annual Fund

Through its Annual Fund, The McCall HSA provides funding for programs and initiatives that support students and teachers, as the school district budget does not cover the entire cost necessary to educate our students. The generosity of our community’s contributions to the HSA directly supplements the school’s operating budget and therefore supports every McCall student’s education.

This year’s fundraising goal for the Annual Fund is $175,000.

A minimum contribution of $200 per student is suggested to help us reach this goal. We recognize that not all families are able to participate in fundraising events and/or at this level, so we simply ask that if you can, you consider doing so at whatever level you can help the most.  All contributions to the Home and School Association are genuinely appreciated and entirely tax deductible. 

Your Annual Fund Donation guarantees that:

  • We can continue to make physical improvements at the school to create a positive environment, providing students with enthusiasm for learning and pride in their school and achievements
  • We can support programming that promotes a positive school environment by supporting social-emotional learning in our students in age- and grade-appropriate contexts
  • Every teacher and staff member has basic supplies and has the opportunity to provide unique classroom experiences with resources supplied by the HSA

Recent projects funded and organized by the HSA:

  • Funded positive support specialist position since 2018 (Coach D!)
  • Funded Joyful Readers tutoring for K-3
  • Supported teacher curriculum and classroom supply requests
  • Supported the chess club coach
  • Provided laptops and charging carts for teachers and students
