Save the Date for McCall’s 6th Annual Gala!

Gala 2018

The 2018 McCall Gala & Auction will take place on the evening of Saturday, May 12th at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown! Please mark your calendars and spread the word. Our Auction Website will be evolving, but here it is!

This event is our school’s largest fundraiser of the year; last year we raised over $45,000! This adult-only community event unites parents, teachers, and neighbors as we all celebrate and support McCall. Our event includes food, drinks, live music, a huge silent (and also live!) auction, and more! Ticket prices include chips for optional mock gaming, which you may redeem for raffle boards at any point during the evening. With the raffle tickets, you can win neat prizes!

The biggest thing we need help with in advance is collecting silent auction items and securing event sponsors. Our Silent Auction includes a range of items including restaurant gift certificates, theme park admission, sporting event tickets, kids’ programs, and salon packages. Securing the donations is easier than you would think, and fun, too. Just keep the forms handy and whenever you frequent a neighborhood establishment in the coming weeks, ask them if they would please support your child’s Philadelphia public school’s upcoming silent auction.

When gathering your donations, please use the:

Items for the silent auction may also be donated online, here.

Shortly, we will be contacting parents who secured last year’s donations, reminding them what they were and asking if they would be able to tap those donors again this year. However, If you tap somebody who has already donated, that’s totally okay, just thank them for their support! We will be updating the catalog on the website so you can see what we have already secured.
